The friendship between Anton and I took my work out of my thoughts and was more contracting on how to approach him. I could not work; it totally distracted me.
I learned a lot from you, seeing your work was amazing. You were my mentor for three years. I told you that you can come to me if you need a friend like me because you know what kind of friend you have in me.
Why did you send me this message on Facebook? You know you're going to break my heart; you I need to talk about the truth. I did a lot to help with the design of the shirt. I actually develop and create the idea because I am a designer. You helped me to let my thoughts and my dreams come to a product. I need you now more than ever before. Will you come and help me?

Gerda, who is also in the class, gave her input about what she feels I can do for the mannequin. I did an interview with her, and it went horribly. I spoke too much and did not give her enough time to talk. So do I learn how to do things?
Sunday was something different, something new, and some exciting here at my home. It can also be like a boot shop?
I got three people to come and visit me today; it was very nice to see the people coming. Some expected something different, but the people were kind and friendly.
They interact very well; this concept is very new for them. Strange enough, they did not take pictures of me or my art; I told them they could.
I made R120 out of the kitchen and Wouter bought the shirt; he liked it.
My apartment became a gallery (now open to the public every Sunday from 11:00 to 16:00), and I am the Live Performing Living Artst/Product Designer/Product Developer.
The Interview
Tomorrow will be a big day for me, I am starting to sell my art. I tried this and that, and I was fed up.
I have this stoep in front of my living and bedroom which I never used. Now I am using it to exhibit my work. I will show more pictures about this stoep I have.
Most of the work that I now have is pencil sketches. This is eight years of working, for hours. I really enjoyed it because it kept me busy during lockdown in Covit. So there are a lot of memories of people who died, worried about, and I was worried about this flu which I had.

I went today and bought a clothing rail for my exhibition on Sunday. I can't wait. I spoke to Lee from the Centurion Art Accostionation and
She is very positive about meeting me. She wants to bring people to my gallery on the 28th of September. I said here it is.

She said I am a living performing artist because people will see how I work and where and how I live. Everything will happen in my apartment in Centurion, Pretoria, South Africa. She sounds very positive and says I am a very interesting person; she really would like to meet me. We are going to meet on the 28th of June 2024.

Why do you need mannequins in your store?
The original mannequins were made of wood, and it is more durable. It has been painted to look more attractive to the clients.

If you want to boost sales in your store, mannequins are an investment. Sales are higher on mannequins than on shelves because they look more attractive when they are displayed.
Mannequins stand out in the store, taking space and filling spaces; in other words, you get the client's attention in your store.
I opened my art gallery, Pieter Lategan Art Gallery, today. I am going to sell 8-years-work, pencil drawings, acrylics, and oil paintings; this will happen every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
My brother is not very happy with the idea. I am going to sell coffee for R5, and then I am going to ask for donations. This is all going to happen in my apartment.

Anton said he was going to take me to court because of my postings of him on my blog.
After I left his house, I had to start from scratch again, with less furniture and goods that I could not take into his house because there was no space when I moved in with him.
My brother helped me to buy a sewing machine and an overlocker three years ago when we started LAVI, and it cost my brother a lot of money, which I am busy paying him off now.
Normally he took my phone from me and locked the doors and hid the keys and the phone then it was my time.
As business partners, Anton and I worked very well together, and there I met someone that I started to fall in love with.
I helped pay child support for him because we could not afford everything—the basics.
