Part of marketing is to do something different and to be unique. The social media platforms are taking over the TV industry. Large companies compete with small entrepreneurs working from their rooms. The competition swiftly transitions to the guy who starts his own business, making it possible for him to grow into a big business after a few years.
It is now known that the internet is the global advertising platform, and it is still growing and overtaking television marketing. Smartphones have changed everything because they are affordable and easily accessible.
Attention is what people need to advertise themselves, which is why they need to be different. This is also the reason why social media influencers become famous.
