Silent Monumentalism
A quiet practice of structure, presence and absence.
I work with the basic grammar of form: block, plane, void, ground and support. Nothing is added for decoration, narrative or emotion. The work is reduced until only the essential structure remains — the same discipline I apply to sketches, notes, textiles, music and everyday objects.
This is not minimalism as style. It is a way of seeing and being.
